Firstly our packages include our services. Our dedicated team works to ensure a hassle-free building experience for our clients. This includes Project Management, Architecture, Landscaping, Interior Design, Construction and Decor. Total Cost = Land Price + Building Price (House, Garden & All Services from Architecture & Design to Construction - Furniture is excluded)

  • The Land Price depends on the stand you choose and range from R870 000 to R2 100 000 depending on the size and position.
  • The building price per m2 is calculated using the area under roof and is estimated at R 15 500 incl (average). VAT (Includes: House, Garden, Furniture & All Services from Architecture & Design to Construction)
  • Furniture can be included at an estimated R1490 per m2 (based on Cote de Val furnishing standard and style)


  • 5% of package estimate for initiation fee to begin the design and detail costing phase.
  • A payment schedule is then agreed with the client based on the cash / bond ratio and duration of the project.

A modern countryside style, with inspiration drawn from the architecture of Provencal villages in Southern France. Much of our finishes are done by our own specialised teams, whether polished plaster interior walls, polished concrete counters, screed flooring, exposed brickwork & textured exterior paintwork. With dedicated carpentry, painting and metalwork professionals as part of the construction outfit, much of the finishings are hand-crafted to support the sense of timelessness the Aesthetics & Design Committee works to convey.

Cote de Val has planting & landscaping guidelines to ensure both common areas and private gardens work together in conveying the feel of a French countryside village where lavender, vineyards, olive groves and orchards fill the spaces between beautiful homes.
